Silber Psychological Services provides a broad spectrum of services on a wide variety of issues relevant to today’s families.  There are, however, several features which we feel set us apart:

• Silber Psychological Services has a diverse staff that uses a team approach to diagnostic and treatment services all in one practice. Our practice provides individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy..
  
  
• Our treatment team provides a wide range of therapy groups on an ongoing basis.  We offer groups for students in kindergarten through high school that focus on improving social skills, learning effective anger management techniques, increasing problem-solving strategies, and building self-esteem.  The overall goal of our groups is to develop self-awareness, self-confidence, and responsible decision making.
  
  
• Serious Eating Disorders including anorexia and bulimia are treated comprehensively with individual, family, group therapy, and medication management as necessary.
  
  
• Parenting skills classes are offered for parents of young children and adolescents. 
  
  
• We offer compliance training for individual families with young children who fail to take "no" for an answer and fail to cooperate with basic parental requests.
  
  
• Due to our experience and knowledge in the area of diagnosing and treating individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders and Learning Disabilities, we offer evaluations for adults as well as for children and adolescents.
